The woman was arrested on charge of disorderly conduct as she chased a few children and caused a nuisance to traffic flow after getting heavily drunk. . A Fox 19 report clearly stated that a woman from Middletown had been arrested for her allegedly unruly behavior when she dressed up as a cow. The report added that the police had complained that the woman wearing a cow suit was chasing children and creating nuisance in the way of traffic. A neighbor also brought an allegation against the lady that she was urinating on the person’s front porch.
